Practical info

Where/When:
Friday 26th:
Critical Mass bike ride, starting 6pm, Porte de Namur.  Read the info on bike hire here…
Followed by social event at “mundo-b” (Rue d’Edimbourg 26, 1050  Brussels)

Saturday 27th:
Workshops, plenary and conference from 9:00 until  22:00, at Erasmus Hogeschool (Rue des Six jetons 70, 1050 Brussels)

Sunday 28th:
Plenary and workshops to discuss strategies for the  movement, and plan actions and mobilisations. From 9:00 to 13:00, at Erasmus Hogeschool (Rue des Six jetons 70, 1050 Brussels).
“Sing for the Climate” event, meeting 14:00 at Brussels North train  station.

Monday 29th:
Evaluation meeting, 10:00 at “mundo-b” (Rue  d’Edimbourg 26, 1050 Brussels)

Food:
Food will be provided at the event, at democratic prices. As far as  possible it will be local, organic, seasonal produce.

Accommodation:
Some accommodation space is available at reasonable prices or for  free in the homes of local activists, especially for people  travelling from outside Belgium. Please contact  info@climateassembly.org if you need us to arrange sleeping  accommodation, or if you could offer a floor, sofa or bed to a  visiting activist.
